Game's still a go . . .

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

The second game of the College World Series championships is still scheduled to be played... just pushed back to 6:35 p.m. (CST). Justin Miller (6-4, 5.10 ERA) is scheduled to start for Fresno State.

Nick Montgomery (4-2, 4.30) will start for Georgia on the mound.

The game was pushed back 30 minutes because of rain.

It has been raining in Omaha for much of the day, and still is. But the rain is light, the field has been prepped and the National Anthem was just completed.
