Bulldog recruit news

This from the Seattle Times on Fresno State men's basketball recruit Reggie Moore:

Top-ranked Rainier Beach (22-1) won its third consecutive Metro League championship Friday night and eighth in 11 years.

The Vikings downed sixth-ranked Seattle Prep 71-65 before a near-capacity crowd at Roosevelt High School.

Point guard Reggie Moore, a Fresno State recruit, scored 25 points, making a career-best 11 of 12 free-throw attempts, and had six rebounds and five assists in the win.

"I'm a little bit biased, but I think he's the best point guard around," said Beach coach Mike Bethea.

The free-throw accuracy was a special source of accomplishment for Moore because it had been a deficiency in his game that he worked on in the offseason.
