With Fresno State football in the books, it's time to support men's and women's basketball. What do you expect on the courts as conference play begins?

uhm....has anybody seen "Tark" around lately? and if so, is he available for the next couple of months?

The mere mention of Tark gives me chills. I think
Cleveland is a good coach who is committed to all aspects of college basketball. And he is certainly a big step up from Tark and Lopes.

I don't see any championships this year, but it should still be a good year for both teams.

Have you seen a Bulldogs game this season? I don't think Cleveland could coach his way out of a wet paper bag. Until the recent installation of the "motion" offense, it looked as if they were running a "motion-less" offense. They have no post game whatsoever and they cannot rebound. After watching the Dogs play several times this season, it is not apparent to me that these guys are receiving any coaching whatsoever. Their play is apathetic and undisciplined. Honestly, I find it hard to watch.

When are we gonna name the Savemart Center "The house that Tark built" ?It is long over due...

Fresno/UNLV fans should also rally to promote Tark for the NCAA hall of fame.
GO DOGS!

Don't know much about basketball but the couple of games I went to doesn't seem like the players are hustling too much. The only one I saw working hard was Kevin Bell. Maybe that will change in conference play.

I personally know the capabilities of Coach Cleve. He is first of all a leader of men, and I know for a fact he will and can live with an 0-fer season to get his structure and discipline across. He is working very well with what he's got ,and showing that you dont need big names to make a name for yourself. This season has been marred by injuries suspensions and doubt, but as any good coach does, he has his team ready to play come conference time. I am anxious to see how they fare on the rest of this current road trip. This will be a great barometer of the season to come. I think the difference in games is on the bench nursing a broken wrist. Dwight Oneil or D. O. as i called him in high school because he gives you a bit of both intensely. As a fan of any local team I urge you to watch and be excited for the DOGS!!!
