It's over - the Bulldogs get the win over the Aggies 30-23. New Mexico State made it interesting down the stretch, but Fresno State holds on and improves to 8-4 overall and 6-2 in WAC play.

Next is the anticipated bowl invitation ...

Congrats to the Bulldogs, who made a very quick turnaround from last season. Although in my honest opinion, the games were a little boring to watch and attend they managed to get some W's. Considering the way things look now, the only disappointing losses are to Texas A&M (so close) and maybe the Boise St. loss. Hawaii and Oregon turned out to be top tier teams and both of those games were on the road. Besides those facts, the Bulldogs lost an abnormal amount of players to injuries. Good luck in whichever bowl you go to and finish the year on a good note!!!

As a former resident of the Fresno area, I still track the Bulldogs football program.
The game against NMS this week produced 2 points for Fresno that I can't figure out. I was out of the room when NMS had just scored a TD and I thought they would kick a PAT. When I got back, Fresno had two more points. How did that happen?
