Early good news for three local school districts: Bond measures in the Central and Kerman unified districts, as well as the West Hills Community College District, are all passing.
Central Unified's Measure E has nearly 58% yes votes, with just under half the precinct reporting. Kerman's Measure K is at almost 59%, with 42% of the precincts in. West Hills' Measure Q has a whopping 72%, with almost two-thirds of the votes counted.
All three need a margin of 55% or better to pass.
