Is this called agri-tising?

Generally, I dislike billboard advertising because it's a blight on the environment, but one sign is pretty darn clever. In Chicago, McDonald's created a living billboard that spelled out "Fresh Salads" in 16 different kinds of live, growing lettuce, according to a Chicago Tribune blogger.
