I value all of the questions, input and suggestions. Any questions that I did not answer because of time constraints will be answered shortly and posted on this blog. Something the Mayor failed to address in re: the police department...
Of late, Jerry Dyer has been making much of Operation Bulldog--the PD's drive to run the Bow Wows out of town! From news reports, it's patently obvious that most of the arrests have been for outstanding warrants, and parole/probation violations, often long standing.
HAS THE POLICE DEPARTMENT CHOSEN TO DELIBERATELY ENDANGER THE PUBLIC SAFETY?
DID THE PD IGNORE THESE GANGBANGERS UNTIL IT COULD BE TURNED INTO A PUBLICITY STUNT--OPERATION BOW WOW?
