This is an in-your-face challenge to the Valley. Are we going to let L.A. and San Francisco steal our lunch money again?
It is imperative that we upgrade Highway 99. This is a cause all must unite in regardless of party.
Indeed, it may be the single most important issue facing our valley in the 21st century just now beginning. We should all write to our representatives and exert what ever other influence that we have.
