Arrest in Tower District vandalism
Norton Kemble, 25, was arrested Thursday by the Fresno police grafitti team in connection with $3,500 in vandalism in the Tower District on Feb. 4.
Kemble was taken into custody after an investigation of the grafitti resulted in a warrant being issued for his arrest on felony charges.
