The McCaffrey Group, a Fresno home builder, received the 2008 Silver Award from the sales and marketing council of the National Association of Home Builders.

The honor was awarded in the category of “Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced under $400,000” for the Tuscan Castle model home at Madison Place, a tract in northwest Fresno.

A panel of eight industry professionals selcted regional, silver, and gold award winners from nearly 1,400 entries.

The Tuscan Castle is single story and ranges from 1,711 to 1,940 square feet with a rotunda entry.
