arrow Once again, Stephen Colbert has made my day

Oh man, here's how I started this Thursday: Stephen Colbert rapping, a Nas guest spot on The Colbert Report, Bill O'Reilly hate, Fox News rants ... pure gold!

Here's Part Two, with Colbert rhyming and the Nas interview:

In the interest of fairness, I will say that I thought Fox News' statement after its refusal to accept the petitions was pretty funny too:

“Fox News believes in all protesters exercising their right to free speech, including Nas, who has an album to promote.”

Is Nazz brave enough to face Bill O'Riely one on one?

Nas vs. O'Reilly in a Blaze Battle-type face off? I'd pay PRIMO bucks to see that..or maybe Geraldo, especially after witnessing his flow. HE SPITZ MAD FIRE!

What a belly laugh. Colbert can really work it on the rap tip...he is, very much, a true player for reals.

And good for Nas for using his notoriety to promote something he believes in.

There is no shame in that game.

Nas is a joke. He just wants some pub for his failing record. He is just another Fat Joe with dismal record sales trying anything he can to get some attention. Just go away, you are irrelevant in the rap game. Goodbye.

Actually, Nas has the No. 1 album in the country.

Irrelevant? Dismal record sales? Failing record?

Oz, his last record sold over 350,000 records in its first week. This one didn't even crack 200,000. I would call that a tremendous failure a la Fat Joe.

This record will be lucky to be Gold. It is awful.

Oh, so you watch O'Reilly? Because you pretty much recited his response.

Problem is record sales as a whole have taken a sharp dive since 2006. It's like comparing the price of a house from then to now.

So yeah, by the numbers, this album didn't do as well first week as the last, but considering it doesn't have a mainstream single or anything, coming out of the gate and getting No. 1 and selling what it sold is pretty good and not at all a failure.

Oh, and gold is the platinum.

Wasn't Hip Hop is Dead the name of his first single off the same titled album? That song is just as gimmicky as soulja boy's garbage. Nas is no better than Fat Joe and his "Elephant in the Sand" album. In the rap game, Nas is way way way past his time of being relevant. I think Hurricane Chris has more street cred.

Oh yeah. Caution, you are about to enter the no spin zone, the factor begins right now. AHAHA. Seriously though. This Nas guy uses the N word to further bring down his people. Do I need to quote The View and their discussion of the N word with this clown Nas. "Roll to every station, murder the DJ." Really classy Nas. And to think that he wanted to perform at Virginia Tech? Come on. That mouth is filthy and vile and needs to be kept away from children's ears.
