Nice Indy and the Last Crusade reference there Heather.

Thanks, Adam. You may not know this, but I sort of love Indiana Jones.
Neither one of these movies looks like the Holy Grail to me. The Not-so-Holy Pile of Crap, maybe, but not Grail.

I'm going to see Hulk tonight with my sister, I'll try to post something when I get the chance. Funny enough I asked her if she wanted to see that or Indy and she picked Hulk. Interesting how they are showing the Robert Downey Jr. cameo during the TV teaser. I guess they are hoping that will get people to go see Hulk, especially since the reviews weren't as praising as Iron Man. My theory anyways. I just hope it's better than the steaming turd that Ang Lee's Hulk.
I'll try to post something when I get a chance, probably tomorrow. I showed my sister the post on the Raider's swede from last week and now she wants to do one.

Well Michael, the news on the 'net is that Norton won't do publicity for "Hulk," so the studio is taking what was supposed to be a secret cameo by Downey (a bigger name than Norton anyway, at this point) and making it the big draw to, as you said, get those "Iron Man" dollars.

Isn't that typical of Norton, not to really do publicity? Still that has me nervous. But he had his hand in the development of this movie. If it's a stinker it's his fault. Which is probably why he ain't doing press.
Not really sure if the cameo was secret though. I heard about it way before Iron Man came out. Seems like that one was more well known then the cameo at the end of Iron Man.

Where to begin? The movie is really good. It hits the same heart strings as the tv show did. It even had the sad music as the tv show did, which I liked a lot. I don't want to ruin things for readers to this blog, but if you're a nerd like me you will get why Tony Stark - Robert Downey Jr. for the layman - was at the end of the Hulk movie (he's there so you get a comic "woody", just like for the character that appeared at the end of Iron Man. Bigger and better things are the horizon. Avengers, yo!!!)
I would really like to say more about the flick. Eff it. GO SEE THE DAMN THING! Indy is a commie compared to the Hulk.

The reviews were so bad for The Happening that I didn't even bother "hopping" to it after The Hulk, which was far better than I was expecting. It was no Iron Man, but that movie was so good that it shouldn't be pigeon-holed as just a superhero movie. Hulk was a solid B. Full disclosure: I wish I could say that I took my geek hat off when assessing it, but that hat has a permanent graft.
As far as Norton not doing publicity, I've seen several things he has done to promote the movie. He did a thing for moviefone where he, Tyler, and Leterrier are "interviewing" each other. It's pretty boring, but it's still effort. You can find it here (thanks to Trailer Addict).

He was also on Kimmel, to better effect.

I think he's doing a lot more publicity for this movie than in the past.

Hulk was better than I though, though I enjoyed Iron Man way more (but that was probably cause he was always my favorite comic). Still Hulk was a really good popcorn flick and I love how they are setting up for the Avenger's movie in 2012.
Avengers assemble!!!!
