arrow The Stare: Beehive edition

On Thursday, I told you all about the online staring contests involving Jessica Alba, Baron Davis and Kev Jumba. They're getting a lot of attention. They've also spawned imitators.

Put The Beehive on that list, because I'm calling out H-Mac in a staring contest. Here's my entry:

While filming, I didn't realize I blinked at the 1:14 mark and kept going. But after reviewing the footage, my official time is 57 seconds. Bring it, McLane! Oh, if you want to challenge us, record yourself and upload to videos.fresnobee.com.

Mike we KNOW you have dreamy eyes. Rub it in our faces why don't you.

Skin's not bad at this extreme either.

Um, no, I definitely didn't feel the connection like I did with Jessica.

However! That wasn't a full blink at 1:14. I'm not sure it counts.

Can't wait to see HMac TRY to take on the challenge*. Again, my money is on Felicia, but I'm expecting great things from Will.

*The reason I don't think HMac will win? I know she's camera shy, so she'll likely have some, um, liquid courage first, and she'll be blinking all day long without realizing it. After 20 minutes she'll be all "Take THAT biznatch!! Not a blink at ALL!" with her eyes fully closed at this point...

...Mike

this is meant as a positive thing...

For quite some time I taught Jr. Hi and HighSchool (mostly delinquents, actually,,, nice kids, just... well, trouble in the wrong sitiations...)

just looking at that video???

Brought back a lot of memories...
a lot... (stare-downs are everyday with young punks... justa matter of life.)

and I'm sitting there muttering to myself:

'...This kid had held up HOW many liquor stores, stolen three cars... -and he's TWELVE???
I mean, he's a good kid and all, but jeeeesh, is he gonna be trouble....truuuuh-bulllll...'

(one of my kids burned down a house and a half by the age of nine...)

(I was usually never wrong

A. -they were good kids, (you know, provided they didn't have a knife or anything... even then, if you switched the channel back to PowerRangers and made waffles with them, they chilled out...)
B. -yeah, they were trouble... (some of them grew up to be teachers, builders, one became a cop, and another a social worker...)

(... I bet you get carded at McD's dontcha...)
-don't worry, when everybody else is headed towards prune city you're lady's gonna be all:
'....c'mere lil boooyyyy.')

work-it, own-it...
