I'm thinking that this video was filmed in the N.East.
I'm thinking that it may have even been done in Penna.
I think I recognize some of the background, and possibly even have been in the same town(s) that this guy filmed this in, like, many times.

Further?
I love exploring abandonded buildings and such, and lord knows that there are plenty of those places back home...
AND I've spend my fair share of time wandering around them muttering old GnR tunes, (without tipping 40's and smoking herb...)
