UPDATE: Add Mischa Barton to the list. Being one of the Lindsay/Paris/Nicole crew, it was only a matter of time, really. Maybe she should spend some time in rehab with her sister, Hania, who is infamous for not being able to stand up most days.
Oh, and don't forget "Boy Meets World" star Danielle Fishel, who joined the club last weekend. 'Tis the season.

This list would be 10 time longer is Hollyweird had a "stalk you while your drink" DUI program like the Fresno PD.

Mischa was that "smart", that's her main problem. She also was busted this morning for marijuana possession. I think this picture of Mischa in her car earlier this year paints a pretty accurate picture of what probably went down.

damn, you got me there Heather. Well, you know what they say about female drivers right? They can't driver drunk or sober, haha. Except for you, you're a good driver.
There's another DUI that we can add to the list, and this one is a sad one. Jim Leyritz, former MLB player and world series hero for the Yankees, was charged with a DUI death.

maybe if the state of California was more concerned with with criminal activity and not buckeling under outside pressures to lower the legal BAC level (what has been, from 1.2-.8 in the last 8 years?) we wouldnt see all these names and stats in our state and town. DUI's are BIG money for the State of Cal-- any public defender or judge will tell you that-- and the harder this 'legally drunk' bs goes on the more the nightlife of the Valley will shrink out of fear of having a drink with dinner or at this rate just being in a bar measured against the increased income from DUI arrests and convictions (not so much in other states in this glorious nation of FREEDOM known as the USA)...carry a breathilizer into a bar and play liquor scientist-- you would be suprised with the results.
well at least we all have gossip to distract us with...ever nptice how sooo many cele DUIS are in CA or that FRESNO ranked high on the national DUI list, though we KNOW bigger cities drink more by volume and per capita then the SJV
