It could happen. The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office announced Thursday that Hilton has been found in violation of the terms of her probation stemming from an arrest in September for driving under the influence. If you'll recall, Hilton was busted in February for driving with a suspended license after cops spotted her speeding down Sunset Boulevard with her headlights off.

Paris' publicist claimed at the time that the heiress knew nothing about her suspended license, but a spokesperson for the City Attorney's office said today that

"We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive."

Paris now faces a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail.

Mm. Mm. Mm. She shoulda checked into spahab like every other celeb who does wrong - it looks good to a judge, the public thinks you're serious. So far Paris has been pretty untouchable - no matter how many sex tapes are revealed, or "N" words spewed (NSFW), she stays exactly where she's always been in both career opportunities and public opinion. I'd be very surprised if she ends up going to jail. But I was surprised to find that Lucky Charms aren't made by actual leprechauns, so don't trust my judgment.
